gone fishin'.... and now i have floated back to shore with something in my net:

[...]

it was a good trip, lots of sun, and i lost a pair of sunglasses. the car broke down on a beach road and we pushed it into the tall grass. we don't know a lot about cars. we took a blanket down to the beach. she tucked one corner under a rock and i put a pile of sand on the other side. there was an offshore breeze. we had sweaters on, but sitting there in the sun it got hot fast. the sand is black and a little gravely here, but still sand you know? not like a rough beach in Maine. at sunset we walked back to the car.

GOLDEN HALL, 12/28 1978

no heavy trip here baby, just give me a show.....

On a day when there was only one show in history http://www.archive.org/details/gd94-03-04.sbd.kidder.8330.sbeok.shnf
your recommendation is real copasetic. Sweet sounding show, nice pic, cool story with warm images to brighten this cold day. Thanks.

right on jerrob -- obviously you are off in the east somewhere -- but we are beginnig to feel the pangs of spring out west. and though i had to werk yesterday and didn't really get to enjoy it.... i wanted a "new" show when i got home and poking around in 78 i fell on this one, and the SUPPLICATION GRABBED ME and said "here i am."

(so, when you get a chance, GIMME A SHOW! -- later JH)
